Depnos

Terms & Conditions

Terms for using the Depnos website and requesting a presentation demo.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms concern https://depnos.com, currently operated by Vasileios Mantelos and Nikolaos Toganidis. Depnos is a hospitality technology project; incorporation in Greece is planned, and the future company’s address is undecided. Contact: info@depnos.com.

The project is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Athens, Greece. Postal contact address: Bercylaan 1195, 1031 KP Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a contact address for the current operators, not a registered company address.

2. Website functions

The website provides product information and accepts demo requests through its demo form and contact enquiries by email. It currently offers no signup, login, customer accounts, payments, subscriptions, guest ordering or live POS connections.

A demo request is free and creates no obligation to purchase. Selecting a POS provider does not authorise access, activate an integration or guarantee compatibility. Any future commercial service requires separately presented terms or an agreement. Visiting this website does not purchase a service.

The automatic demo email links to a separate presentation app with a built-in guide. Its screens simulate product workflows; they do not create real customer accounts, orders or payments. Use example information, not real guest data or payment credentials.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and have authority to make an enquiry on behalf of a venue. Do not impersonate others, submit information you cannot lawfully disclose, send spam or malicious content, access systems without authorisation, or disrupt website operation. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Both named operators may view your submitted details solely to contact you about your request. Submission does not authorise unrelated marketing; the Privacy Policy explains data processing.

4. Intellectual property

Website branding, original content, design and software belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the website and use its enquiry functions. Reproduction or commercial exploitation requires permission unless allowed by law.

You retain your rights in submitted information. We acquire no general right to publish it or use it in advertising.

5. Availability and product examples

We take reasonable care with website information but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update or discontinue free website functions.

Demonstration screens and illustrative revenue figures are examples, not promises of results or proof that a function is enabled through this website. Commercial features and commitments must be confirmed separately. External websites have their own operators and policies; we remain responsible for our own obligations.

6. Liability and disputes

Liability follows applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts GDPR or mandatory consumer rights. Nothing excuses misleading statements.

Contact info@depnos.com about concerns. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the relevant legal rules; these Terms do not select exclusive Greek jurisdiction solely because incorporation is planned. You retain rights to contact competent authorities and seek legal remedies.

7. Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about data and website technologies. You may request correction or deletion at info@depnos.com, subject to applicable law. Submitting an enquiry is not blanket consent to all processing or optional tracking.

8. Changes and contact

We publish changes with an update date. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or introduce paid services without a separate agreement. We will update operator details and provide appropriate notice if a company takes over.

Contact: Vasileios Mantelos and Nikolaos Toganidis, info@depnos.com. English and Greek versions are intended to have the same meaning; mandatory legal rights prevail.
