1. Current website technologies
This policy covers depnos.com, not the separate presentation demo app or external websites. We do not use advertising cookies, profiling, session recordings or visitor analytics on this website.
The website application does not set cookies or use browser local/session storage to remember your language or demo enquiry. Your language choice is kept in the page URL. Fonts and images are served from depnos.com; loading the font no longer contacts Google Fonts.
2. Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. If its security services present a challenge or check for automated traffic, strictly necessary security cookies may be used to remember that check and prevent abuse. They are not advertising or marketing cookies. Cloudflare describes their names, purposes and expiry conditions at https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/. Whether a security cookie is present depends on the protection applied to your visit; this is not a claim that every listed Cloudflare cookie is used on depnos.com.
3. Demo requests and delivery metadata
The demo form does not require advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps a random submission reference in page memory during a request/retry, not in persistent browser storage. Submitted details are processed by Cloudflare and sent through Gmail to Depnos and to your email address as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limited server-side delivery metadata helps avoid duplicate emails for the same submission. It is not a tracking cookie or visitor analytics. Active records are scheduled for deletion after seven days, subject to provider scheduling; Cloudflare recovery history may retain metadata for up to 30 days. The Privacy Policy explains the information and enquiry-email retention separately.
4. Your choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking a necessary security cookie can interrupt access where a security check is required. There is no optional advertising/analytics-cookie choice to enable on this website. We will explain any new consent-requiring technology and obtain consent before using it where required.
